In this video we are upping the difficulty a little from the last leg workout
Progressing, making it harder so when it comes time for some super tough leg workouts you will be in beast mode
We are looking to really burn out those legs and build some lean muscle with slow & controlled movements throughout in this one rather than working at pace
This is more aimed at engaging and working the muscles rather than fast paced and cardio/fat burning
Give it a try and fell that burn. Remember as always if you feel you have more in the tank and want to keep going , then keep on going till those legs can take no more :-)

0:14 Step Lunges
0:35 Stability Ball Leg Curl
0:49 Chair Assisted Pistol Squat
0:59 Single Leg Good Morning
1:18 Wall Sit Hold
Remember slow and controlled throughout. Try for 4 circuits , add more if needed
